Procountor automation · runs weekly

List unpaid Procountor sales invoices every week

Overdue invoices are easy to miss until the month closes, so someone has to run the same search and report and chase customers by hand.

Cotlet does it in your own Procountor account with list_unpaid_sales_invoices, get_sales_invoice and list_partners, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

Hosted · nothing to install or maintain

Can Procountor do this on its own?

Procountor has built-in reports for this (checked 14 Oct 2026): Age distribution of invoices, Partner receivables report and a Payment reminder function. They run when you open them. They do not send you a weekly list, and the REST API requires your own integration code.

How you do it in Procountor today

  1. Search sales invoices in Receipt search and check each status, because Procountor sets Paid automatically only from bank reference payments.
  2. Open the Age distribution of invoices report under Reports > Payment reports to see receivables by age.
  3. Open the Partner receivables report to see what each business partner owes.
  4. For a late invoice open the Payment reminder function, or transfer it to debt collection if Procountor's services are in use.
  5. The check repeats every week, and a payment without a reference number stays unmatched until someone allocates it.

How to list unpaid Procountor sales invoices every week

Prompt

Every Monday list the Procountor sales invoices that are past their due date and still unpaid, grouped by customer with the days overdue, and tell me which customers have more than one.
  1. 01

    Pull the unpaid set

list_unpaid_sales_invoices returns invoices that are Sent or Partly paid and past the due date you pass, so Paid and Marked paid are never listed.

  2. 02

    Group by customer

The agent groups by partner and counts days overdue from each invoice due date. A customer with several late invoices goes to the top.

  3. 03

    Look for unmatched payments

For the largest items get_sales_invoice shows payment details, so a Partly paid invoice is reported with the open amount and not as fully late.

  4. 04

    Add contact details

list_partners adds the customer contact from the register, so the report is ready to forward to whoever chases payments.

  5. 05

    Report, do not chase

The agent sends no reminders. It lists, and you decide who gets a message or a payment reminder from Procountor.

What you get back

Example data

Overdue sales invoices: 7 (total 6,840.00 EUR)
Nordic Print Oy: 2 invoices, 1,800.00 EUR, oldest 21 days
Studio Kivi: 1 invoice, 1,240.00 EUR, 9 days
Partly paid: invoice 10451, 300.00 EUR still open
No reminder sent

Other ways to ask

  • List overdue invoices older than 30 days only and sort by amount.
  • Show unpaid invoices due in the next 7 days so I can warn customers before they are late.
  • Compare this week's overdue list to last week's and tell me what was paid.

What Procountor allows, and what to know first

  • Procountor sales invoice statuses include Sent, Partly paid, Paid and Marked paid.
  • Partly paid and Paid are set automatically from bank reference payments; Marked paid is set by a user, usually for payments without a reference number.
  • Marked paid can be reversed by removing the payment transaction.
  • Procountor has Age distribution of invoices and Partner receivables reports under Reports.

Every tool here only reads, so it can run weekly from n8n, Make, Zapier or cron without waiting for your OK.
