Log Vincere call notes and follow-up tasks with AI
After a day of candidate calls, the notes sit in a notepad, and each one still has to become a comment with the right Action plus a follow-up task.
Cotlet does it in your own Vincere account with list_candidates, list_activities, add_comment and add_task, called by your AI agent, an n8n workflow or a script.

Can Vincere do this on its own?
Vincere's Zapier app has no action to add a comment or a task, and API keys are for partners (checked 22 Oct 2026). Comments and tasks are typed in the app, one candidate at a time.
How you do it in Vincere today
- An admin first turns on the call actions: Settings > Goal Console, then "Activate in Action List" set to Yes for each call goal. Only activated actions show in the Action dropdown.
- The recruiter opens the candidate record, clicks Actions, chooses Comment, picks the Action from the dropdown and types the notes under Add Notes.
- To follow up, the recruiter opens Quick Add and picks Task, or clicks the Task icon in the left panel and then Add New > Task.
- The task form asks for a subject, a type, a due date and time, an assignee and optional description, reminder and followers.
- The recruiter checks the Activities tab on the candidate profile to see the note was saved.
How to log Vincere call notes and follow-up tasks with AI
Log this call on Priya Nair in Vincere as an outbound connected call with these notes, then add a task for me to send her the job description on Friday at 10:00. - 01
Find the right person
list_candidates searches by the name in your notes. If two candidates match, the agent asks which one instead of guessing, because a comment on the wrong profile is visible to the team.
- 02
Check what is already logged
list_activities returns the comments, meetings and tasks on the profile with who added them and when. The agent skips a call that is already there.
- 03
Pick the Action by its exact name
add_comment takes the Action as Vincere spells it, for example "Phone call | Candidate | Outbound | Connected". The agent matches your words ("I spoke to her") to the activated Action, and tells you if none is activated.
- 04
Add the follow-up
add_task sets the subject, type, due date and assignee from your prompt. It asks you first whether the task should sync to your calendar, because a synced task cannot be un-synced.
- 05
Report both
The agent returns the comment id and the task, so you can open the Activities tab and the Team Calendar and see them.
What you get back
Candidate: Priya Nair (88214)
Comment logged: Phone call | Candidate | Outbound | Connected
Notes: interested in contract work, available from 1 December
Task added: "Send Priya the job description", due Fri 10:00, assigned to you
Calendar sync: off Other ways to ask
- Here are my five call notes from today. Log each one as a comment and add a follow-up task for those that need one.
- List my overdue Vincere tasks and add a reminder comment on each candidate.
- Every evening, check which candidates I called today have no comment and ask me for the notes.
What Vincere allows, and what to know first
- Vincere counts only connected calls toward goals, such as "Phone call | Candidate | Outbound | Connected", and a call logged as another Action does not count.
- Vincere offers Add Comment for a single candidate only, not in bulk.
- Vincere shows the link options to a job, contact or company only when the candidate has an active application tied to it.
- Vincere tasks have the type Contact, Candidate, Project, Job, Job lead or Personal, and an optional reminder from at the due time to 1 day before.
- Vincere syncs a task only to your primary connected calendar, and once a task is synced it cannot be un-synced.
add_comment and add_task ask for your OK by default. To run it daily without you, switch confirmation off for those tools in your dashboard.

Is it safe to connect Vincere to Cotlet?
Yes. You sign in to Vincere yourself, in your own Cloud Browser in the EU, and we never save your password. Your agents only get Vincere once you enable it, every background request is listed, and the browser profile is stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM, the cipher 1Password uses for its vaults. The AI model never sees a login, posts and messages wait for your OK, and Disable for agents cuts access in one click.
