Endpoint	Description
GET /forms	Forms of your account with id, name, state, folder and submission counts.
GET /forms/{form_id}	One form with its fields in order: label, type, required and instructions.
GET /forms/{form_id}/submissions	Submissions of a form with their answers, optionally from a date on.
GET /forms/{form_id}/submissions/{submission_id}	One submission with all its answers.
GET /forms/{form_id}/notification-emails	The emails a form sends on submit: name, recipients, subject and rules.
GET /forms/{form_id}/publish-links	The link to a form and its JavaScript embed code.

Change the account. Calls marked Confirm wait for the user to approve them.

Endpoint	Description
PATCH /forms/{form_id}/submissions/{submission_id} Confirm	Change answers in a submission, like Edit and Update Submission in Results.
POST /forms/{form_id}/submissions/{submission_id}/resend Confirm	Send a submission to your inbox again with one of the form's email templates.
DELETE /forms/{form_id}/submissions/{submission_id} Confirm	Delete one submission from the Submissions tab.
PATCH /forms/{form_id}/notification-email Confirm	Change Send to and the subject of one email a form sends.
POST /forms/{form_id}/field Confirm	Add a field to a form in the Form Editor.
PATCH /forms/{form_id}/field Confirm	Change the label or the instructions of a field.
PUT /forms/{form_id}/active Confirm	Turn a form on or off, like Deactivate in My Forms.
POST /forms/{form_id}/duplicate	Copy a form with all its settings, optionally under a new name.
