List certificates
Certificates awarded on course completion, from the Certificates report.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/absorb-lms/certificates
read
Returns the Certificates report: course, learner, Certification Date and Certificate Issuer (the admin who awarded it by hand, if any). The report includes active and inactive users and only users inside your permission scope. Filter by course or by date.
