Add note
Adds a note to a contact.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/agile-crm/contacts/{contact_id}/notes

Creates the note on the contact's timeline and returns its id. Notes are visible to your team only and reach no customer, so the call does not wait for your OK.
