Refund tickets

Request a refund for a whole order or for chosen tickets.

POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/billetto/orders/{order_id}/tickets/refund

write Confirm

Does what Request refund does on the order's details page: the whole order, or only the tickets in ticket_ids. By default the refund leaves out Billetto's booking fee and additional services. With with_fees true you cover the full price the buyer paid and Billetto sends you an invoice for your bookkeeping. Billetto refunds only current events, so a finished event returns an error. The money reaches the buyer's bank within 5 working days or, depending on the bank, up to 21. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

Parameters

NameTypeDescription
order_id string required string Order ID from list_orders.
ticket_ids array array Ticket IDs from get_order. Omit to refund the whole order.
with_fees boolean boolean true: you also cover the booking fee and add-ons. Default false.
