Create a task
Create a follow-up task for a staff member on a constituent.

Creates one task for the user you name and returns its ID. With notify false it sends no email; with notify true the assignee gets Bloomerang's task notification. It never contacts the donor, so it does not wait for your OK.
Parameters

| due_date string required | string | YYYY-MM-DD. |
| subject string required | string | Task subject. |
| channel string required | string | Channel: Email, Phone, TextMessage, Mail, InPerson, SocialMedia, Website or Other. |
| purpose string | string | Purpose: Acknowledgement, ImpactCultivation, Newsletter, Receipt, Solicitation, SpecialEvent, VolunteerActivity, PledgeReminder, Welcome or Other. |
| note string | string | Task note. |
| notify boolean | boolean | Send the assignee a notification email. Default false. |
