Get job
One job record with title, client, owner, location and submission count.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/bullhorn/jobs/{job_id}

Returns the job's title, client, job owner, employment type and location, and the number of submissions it has across all statuses. Use job_id in find_matching_candidates, list_job_submissions and add_submission.
