List document owners
Users you can assign as document owner when uploading.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/dext/document-owners
read
Returns the users shown in the Document owner dropdown of Add documents. Use the owner_id as document_owner in upload_document. None is always allowed for costs such as rent.
