Create finance voucher
Post a finance voucher to a journal.

Creates a voucher with one finance entry: account, contra account, amount, date and text of up to 250 characters, with an optional VAT code. A negative amount marks the opposite side. It changes the books, so check the accounts in the call. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| amount number required | number | Amount. Negative marks the opposite side. |
| text string | string | Entry text, up to 250 characters. |
| vat_code string | string | VAT code for the entry. |
