Schedule campaign
Schedule a draft campaign for a date, time and timezone.

Does what the Schedule button does: it sets the sending date, time and timezone and returns the scheduled time. The campaign must have a subject, a sender, a design and recipients, and the account must be allowed to send. Once scheduled it goes to your contacts at that time unless you call unschedule_campaign first. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| time string required | string | Sending time, HH:MM, 24-hour. |
| timezone string required | string | Timezone name, for example Europe/London. |
