Get form settings
Access settings and email notifications of a form.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/fillout/forms/{form_id}/settings

Returns the Access settings of one form (closed, open date, expiration date, submission limit, closed message) and its self-email notifications. Use it before update_form_access or set_email_notifications to see what is set now.
