List comments
Comments on one photo or on your recent photos, oldest first, with author and whether you replied.

Returns comments on one photo, oldest first, or the newest comments across your photos when photo_id is left out. Each comment says whether you already answered it, so a daily run replies only once. Pages hold up to 50 comments; pass next_cursor back as cursor.
Parameters

| photo_id string | string | Only comments on this photo. Leave out for your recent photos. |
| since datetime | datetime | Only comments created after this time. |
| unanswered boolean | boolean | Only comments you have not replied to. |
| limit integer | integer | 1 to 50. Default: 20. |
| cursor string | string | Next page cursor from the previous call. |
