12 endpoints for Formstack, each at its own method and path, called with your API key. Open an endpoint for its inputs, examples and response.

Endpoint	Description
GET /forms	Forms in your account with ID, name, folder and submission count.
GET /folders	Folders and subfolders that hold your forms.
GET /forms/{form_id}	One form with its fields, availability and number of notification emails.
GET /forms/{form_id}/submissions	Submissions of one form with their answers, newest first.
GET /submissions/{submission_id}	One submission with every answer and its integration status.
GET /forms/{form_id}/notification-emails	The notification emails of one form with recipients and send options.

Change the account. Calls marked Confirm wait for the user to approve them.

Endpoint	Description
POST /forms/{form_id}/copy Confirm	Copy a form into your own account, optionally under a new name.
POST /forms-to-folder/move	Move one or more forms into a folder, or into a new one.
PATCH /submissions/{submission_id} Confirm	Change answers on a submission and return the old values.
PATCH /forms/{form_id}/notifications/{notification_id}/recipients Confirm	Set who receives one notification email of a form.
POST /submissions/{submission_id}/notification/resend Confirm	Resend the notification email of one submission to chosen addresses.
PUT /forms/{form_id}/availability Confirm	Close a form now, on a date or after a number of submissions, or reopen it.
