Add a note to a candidate
Add an internal note to a candidate profile.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/homerun/jobs/{job_id}/candidates/{candidate_id}/note

Adds a note that the hiring team sees on the profile and the candidate never sees. It reaches nobody unless it mentions a colleague, which the agent avoids, so it does not wait for your OK. Returns the note with its time.
Parameters

| job_id string required | string | Job ID from list_jobs. |
| candidate_id string required | string | Candidate ID from list_candidates. |
| text string required | string | The note text. Leave out @mentions: they notify colleagues. |
