Create task
Create a task on a candidate for a teammate, with a due date and optional email notice.

Creates the task the way the profile's All Tasks section does. assign_to must match one user, and no match fails with the list of names. With notify_by_email the assignee gets an email with a Go to Candidate button. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| assign_to string required | string | Name of a JazzHR user on your account. |
| due_date date | date | Due date. Default: none. |
| notes string | string | Task notes. |
| notify_by_email boolean | boolean | Email the assignee, as the Notify by email option does. Default: false. |
