Create quote

Create a draft quote for a client with line items.

POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/jobber/clients/{client_id}/quotes

write

Creates a quote in Draft status with the line items you give. Nothing is sent: Jobber keeps a draft until a quote is sent or marked Awaiting Response, so create_quote reaches no one and runs without asking first. Send it with send_quote.
