Endpoint	Description
GET /forms	Forms in your account with ID, title and submission count.
GET /forms/{form_id}	One form with its fields: ID, label and type of each.
GET /forms/{form_id}/submissions	Submissions of one form with their answers, newest first.
GET /submissions/{submission_id}	One submission with every answer, labeled by field.
GET /forms/{form_id}/reports	Reports built on one form, with type, title and link.
GET /forms/{form_id}/notification-emails	The notification emails of a form with recipients, CC, BCC and trigger events.

PATCH /submissions/{submission_id}	Change the answers of one submission, field by field.
POST /forms/{form_id}/submissions/archive	Move submissions to the archive, or back to the inbox.
PUT /forms/{form_id}/notification-recipients Confirm	Change who receives a form's notification email.
POST /forms/{form_id}/reports Confirm	Create an Excel, CSV or visual report from one form.
