Reply to a reviewer by email
Emails the reviewer a private reply that stays off the storefront.

Sends the email straight away, from the shop, to the address on the review. A private reply cannot be unsent, edited or deleted, and Judge.me keeps no thread: the reviewer's answer goes to your custom sender email or your admin notification email, not to Judge.me. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
