Convert an estimate to an invoice
Create an invoice from an estimate.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/method-crm/estimates/{estimate_id}/to-invoice/convert
write Confirm
Does what Create > Create Invoice does and saves the invoice. A deposit already received appears as a line item with your Deposit Item. The customer is not contacted; send_invoice does that. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters
| Name | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
| estimate_id string required | string | Estimate ID. |
| wait_for_sync_approval boolean | boolean | Ticks "Wait for approval before syncing" so QuickBooks stays untouched until you untick it in Method. Default true. |
