Create journal receipt
Save a journal receipt with debit and credit rows as Unfinished.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/procountor/journal-receipts
write Confirm
Creates the receipt the way New journal receipt does. Name, VAT type, VAT status and receipt date are required. Rows use plus for debit and minus for credit and must balance. The receipt stays Unfinished and editable; it is not part of the official accounts until someone clicks Approve in Procountor. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
