Add note
Add a note to a candidate, shared with the hiring team or private.

Adds a text note to the Notes of one candidate. A note is shared with the whole hiring team unless private is true, which limits it to admins. The tool takes no @mentions, so no colleague gets an email from it. The note shows in the Activity Log with your user and the time. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
