List accounts
Accounts with code, name, email, company and state.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/recurly/accounts

Lists Recurly accounts, 50 per page by default and up to 200. Filter by state active or closed. Each item carries the account_code you pass to the other tools. An account can sit in more than one state view, so check the state field in each item.
