Update issue
Change status, priority, assignee or other fields of an issue and optionally add a note.

Applies the fields you pass and leaves the rest as they are. A note passed with the change is saved in the same update. Changing subject or description needs the Edit Issues permission; get_issue shows which statuses you may set. Watchers of the issue can be notified. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| status_id integer | integer | Status ID from list_issue_options; must be one of allowed_statuses. |
| priority_id integer | integer | Priority ID from list_issue_options. |
| assigned_to_id integer | integer | User ID from list_project_members. |
| subject string | string | New title. |
| description string | string | New description. |
| notes string | string | Note saved with the update. |
| private_notes boolean | boolean | true marks the note private. Default: false. |
