Update note
Replace the text of a bullet or insert new children under it.

Replaces the text of one bullet, or adds children under it when children is set. The old text is not kept by this call, and in a shared knowledge base others see the change. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

| children string | string | Bullets to add under it, with leading dashes. |
