Create quote
Create a draft quote for a customer and site.

write Confirm
Creates a quote on an existing customer and site and returns its number. Pricing is not added; you finish it in Simpro. The customer and site must already exist. The quote shows in your Simpro quote list for your office. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters

| site_id integer required | integer | Site ID from get_customer. |
| description string required | string | What the quote is for. |
| due_date string | string | ISO date the quote is due. |
| order_no string | string | The customer's order or request number. |
