Endpoint	Description
GET /profiles	List the social profiles connected to your Sprout account.
GET /inbox-messages	List messages in a Smart Inbox view, with their reply, completed and tag state.
GET /messages/{message_id}	Read one message with its conversation, tags and case.
GET /publishing-posts	List scheduled posts, drafts or posts waiting for approval.
GET /tags	List the message tags that exist in your Sprout account.
GET /case-assignees	List the queues and people a message can be assigned to as a case.
GET /post-performance	Get post-level numbers for a date range, with a total.
GET /profile-performance	Get profile-level numbers for a date range.

Change the account. Calls marked Confirm wait for the user to approve them.

POST /draft-posts	Create a draft in Sprout for one or more profiles.
POST /post/schedule Confirm	Schedule a post for one or more profiles, optionally through an approval workflow.
POST /messages/{message_id}/replies Confirm	Reply to a comment or private message from the Smart Inbox.
POST /messages/{message_id}/tag	Add or remove tags on a Smart Inbox message.
POST /messages/{message_id}/complete	Mark a Smart Inbox message as complete so it leaves the main feed.
POST /messages/{message_id}/case/assign Confirm	Assign a Smart Inbox message to a queue and a person as a case.
