List song requests

The Media Request queue: song, who asked, length and whether it was tipped.

GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/streamelements/song-requests

Returns the queue in play order, with the song, the viewer who requested it, its length and whether it was a tipped or a free request. Pass song_id to remove_song_request. Media Request needs the Loyalty System, which YouTube accounts do not have.
