Archive job
Move a job to the Archived tab.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/taxdome/jobs/{job_id}/archive

Moves one job from In progress to Archived. It reaches no client, and the job stays in the Archived tab with all its data, so it does not ask for confirmation.
