Add learner to waitlist
Put a learner on the waitlist of content that has one.
POST https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/thought-industries/contents/{content_id}/waitlists
write Confirm
Opens the learner profile, goes to the Access tab and adds the content under Waitlisted Content. Only content with an active waitlist can be added. The learner is enrolled only when someone buys the content or a manager provisions it, for example with enroll_learner. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
