15 endpoints for Tripleseat, each at its own method and path, called with your API key. Open an endpoint for its inputs, examples and response.

Connects with: Your own Tripleseat user on your venue account. What your agent can do follows your user role (Settings > User roles). You sign in once in your own browser and keep your 2-step verification or SAML sign-in.

Endpoint	Description
GET /leads	Leads from your lead forms and manual entry, filtered by Conversion Status.
GET /leads/{lead_id}	One lead with the full request, contact details and lead source.
GET /events	Events by status, date range, room or location, with guest count and amount due.
GET /events/{event_id}	One event with its booking, rooms, contact, guest count and financials.
GET /bookings	Bookings with their events, filtered by status and date.
GET /bookings/{booking_id}	One booking with its events, contact, account and lead.
GET /rooms	Rooms in each location, with the room IDs other tools need.
GET /rooms/{room_id}/availability/check	Events and calendar blocks that are in the way of a room on a date and time.
GET /contacts/search	Contacts and accounts by name, email or company.

POST /leads Confirm	Add an inquiry to Leads with the guest, date, guest count and request.
POST /leads/{lead_id}/convert Confirm	Convert a lead to a Prospect event, a booking or a contact.
POST /leads/{lead_id}/down-lead/turn Confirm	Mark a lead as turned down.
POST /locations/{location_id}/events Confirm	Create an event in a room, on a date, for a contact.
PUT /events/{event_id}/status Confirm	Move an event to Prospect, Tentative, Definite, Closed or Lost.
POST /records/{record_id}/tasks Confirm	Add a task with an assignee, due date and priority to a lead, event, booking, contact or account.
