List comments
List viewer comments on a video, newest first.
GET https://cotlet.dev/api/v1/vimeo/videos/{video_id}/comments
read
Returns public viewer comments with author, text, date and replies. Collaborator comments from review links are separate and are not included. If comments are turned off on the video, the list is empty.
