Remind learners
Send a manual reminder about a training to chosen learners.

Does what Actions > Remind does: WorkRamp emails learners who have not completed or passed the assignment. Learners who finished are skipped and listed. The email cannot be recalled. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
Parameters

| message string | string | Optional message added to the reminder. |
| notify_managers boolean | boolean | Also send a Manager Escalation email to their managers. |
