Reply to a review
Reply to a review, public on your store or privately by email. The reviewer is always emailed.

A public reply shows beside the review on your site and is emailed to the reviewer. A reply via email reaches only the reviewer and cannot be edited or deleted afterwards. The call returns the review status after the reply. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
