Create user
Add one user to the portal with a role and department.

Creates a user through the Add User action of the Users report. The account is a Learner unless you pass roles; Absorb allows several roles per user (Learner, Reviewer, Manager, Instructor, Creator, Administrator). Fields that Absorb marks as required must be given, and the tool returns an error naming any that are missing. It creates an account other people sign in with. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
