List campaigns
Lists the campaigns (workflows) of the account with their names and ids.

Returns campaign id, name and creator, one page at a time. The id feeds get_campaign_report and add_contacts_to_campaign. Campaign workflows are not returned as a diagram; the nodes inside a campaign are not read.
