List tasks
Lists tasks filtered by property, department, dates and assignee.
MCP tool breezeway_read → list_tasks
read
Returns one row per task with ID, name, property, department, priority, status, scheduled date and assignees. Results come in pages and the agent follows the cursor to the end. Tasks you cannot see in the app are not returned.

| assignee_id integer | integer | Only tasks assigned to this person ID. |
| unassigned boolean | boolean | Only tasks with nobody assigned. |
