List SMS campaigns
Campaigns from SMS > SMS Campaigns with status, send time and recipient count.

Returns the campaigns on the SMS Campaigns page, newest first, 50 to a page; pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page. Each campaign has its status, send time and recipient count. A campaign with status Scheduled has not gone out yet and does not appear in SMS History. campaign_id goes into cancel_scheduled_sms.
Parameters
