Add candidate
Create a candidate on a position.

Creates a candidate with the fields Recruit requires: full name, source, position and posting location. Email, phone, salary expectations and availability are optional. It does not check for duplicates, so search with list_candidates first. Email templates that fire on workflow steps still apply, so the candidate may hear from Recruit. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
