List timesheets
Timesheets of a pay period with each employee's submission and approval state and total hours.

Returns one row per employee for the dates you pass, as the Timesheets tab shows them: submission is submitted or not_submitted (the User Submission column), approval is approved or not_approved, and total_hours is the sum for the period. Filter with status. Pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page. Approving works for a pay period, so pass its first and last day.
