List contacts
Contacts of the account, of one list or of one segment, with email, name and permission to send.
MCP tool constant_contact_read → list_contacts
read
Returns contacts one page per call; pass next_cursor back as cursor for the next page. Give list_id or segment_id to narrow it, not both. permission_to_send shows whether the contact can be mailed, with unsubscribed for contacts who opted out. Use contact_id in get_contact and add_contacts_to_list.
