List contacts
Contacts logged on a donor record: date, activity code, owner and comments.
MCP tool donorperfect_read → list_contacts
read
Returns the contacts on one donor record with the contact ID, date, activity code, the Assigned To value and the comments, in the order the record lists them. Use it before add_contact to avoid a duplicate entry, or to read the history of a donor before a call.
