Get ledger balances
The balance of every ledger, optionally from and up to a date and for one cost center.
MCP tool e_boekhouden_read → get_ledger_balances

Returns one balance per ledger. With from set, the balance covers only that period; with to set, it is the balance on that date, inclusive. Add a cost center ID to narrow it. This is a balance per ledger, not a list of every booking.
