Send invoice

Send a booked invoice to the customer by email, e-invoice or print service.

MCP tool fortnox_write → send_invoice

write Confirm

Sends a booked invoice to the customer, as the Skicka button does, and marks it as sent. Methods are email, e_invoice and print_service; e-invoice only works when it has been activated in the Fortnox invoicing settings. Failed deliveries, for example an invalid email address, show up in Fortnox under the Misslyckade filter and in the next list_invoices call. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.

Parameters

Parameters: send_invoice
NameTypeDescription
invoice_number string required string Invoice number from list_invoices or create_invoice.
