List tiers
List the free and paid tiers with prices and benefits.

Returns name, type (free or paid), monthly and yearly price, currency, benefits and visibility for each tier. Prices are in the smallest currency unit, as Ghost stores them. Members on an archived tier stay subscribed and keep renewing.
