Force-start the party quest
Start the pending quest without waiting for every answer.

write Confirm
Begins the quest with the members who accepted and returns the quest state. Only the quest owner or the party leader can call it. The members who have not answered are left out. By default you confirm each call; you can switch that off for this tool.
