Update contact
Change a contact's name, type, email or tax ID.
MCP tool holded_write → update_contact

Changes the fields you pass on one contact and leaves the others as they are. It reaches no one and is undone by calling it again with the old value, so it runs without asking first. Documents that are already approved keep the details they were issued with.
