Move feed
Add a feed to a folder, take it out of one, or rename it.

Changes where one feed sits: add_to_folder puts it in a folder, remove_from_folder takes it out, title renames it. A feed can be in several folders. It reaches no one and is undone with one more call, so it runs without asking first.
