List enrollments of a course
Who is enrolled in one course, with status, start date and due date.
MCP tool ispring_read → list_enrollments

Returns the rows of the course's Enrollments tab, in pages. status is passed, failed, in_progress or not_started, and overdue is true when the due date has passed. Use enrollment_id in cancel_enrollment and reset_enrollment.
