List job applications
Applications on one job with candidate, status, rating and date.
MCP tool jobadder_read → list_job_applications

Returns a page of the applications on one job, each with application_id, candidate_id, candidate name, status, rating out of 5 (null when unrated) and applied_at. Pass next_cursor back as cursor until it comes back empty. Use status to see only applications in one workflow status.
